Human Resources (HR) Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Assist with the recruitment process for driver by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
  • Process insurance or SOCSO claims for employee
  • Preparing any memo, announcement, letter, etc. pertaining to office for driver when required
  • Assist HOD in general HR Employee Relation Tasks (Submission claims for toll/parking and monthly payroll preparation for driver)
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and provide clerical support to Human Resources Department
    Manage office stationery and supplies
  • Liaise with driver relate to driving license and passport renewal, typhoid injection etc as and when required
  • Assist Halal Department when required
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary SPM / Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word & Excel
  • Strong problem solving skills with ability to thrive in fast paced environment and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Able to start work ASAP is an added advantage
  • Preferred : Female (Below 35 years old)
