Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Responsibilities
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assist with the recruitment process for driver by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
- Process insurance or SOCSO claims for employee
- Preparing any memo, announcement, letter, etc. pertaining to office for driver when required
- Assist HOD in general HR Employee Relation Tasks (Submission claims for toll/parking and monthly payroll preparation for driver)
- Assist with day-to-day operations and provide clerical support to Human Resources Department
Manage office stationery and supplies - Liaise with driver relate to driving license and passport renewal, typhoid injection etc as and when required
- Assist Halal Department when required
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary SPM / Diploma, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word & Excel
- Strong problem solving skills with ability to thrive in fast paced environment and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Able to start work ASAP is an added advantage
- Preferred : Female (Below 35 years old)
